New Album “Of Piers & Repose”!

Together with Engineer/Producer Silvio Panosetti (Tool Recording Studios) and supported by a few special guest musicians, I am currently working on my new Album “Of Piers & Repose”. After a 35-year break, Silvio and I decided to add another chapter to our previous collaborations during the seventies.
Two of the lyrics from the provisional twelve titles on the Album were written by Alan Kelly with whom I also collaborated with in the eighties. Following my rather introspective Celtic-culture-inspired Album “Ghosts” in 2010 (co-produced by Jakob Künzel) – the current Album “Of Piers & Repose” aspires more toward the musical genre of “pop music for grown ups!”. Release Spring 2016.

Zusammen mit Engineer/Producer Silvio Panosetti (Tool Recording Studios), und unterstützt von wenigen Gastmusikern arbeite ich am neuen Album “Of Piers & Repose”. Nach einer Pause von über 35 Jahren haben sich Silvio Panosetti und ich entschieden, unserer Zusammenarbeit in den Siebzigern (Bild) ein weiteres Kapitel hinzuzufügen. Zwei der voraussichtlich zwölf Songs wurden von Alan Kelly getextet, mit dem ich ebenfalls schon in den Siebzigern zusammenarbeitete. Nach dem eher keltisch introvertierten Album “Ghosts” (2010, co-produziert von Jakob Künzel) steht “Of Piers & Repose” für eine Art “pop music for grown ups”. Release Frühling 2016.
